Owen SterlingA mudslide in a dream is the mind working through the fear that a life’s foundation might suddenly give way. This image arises when the mind attempts to rehearse the impact of a situation that moves too quickly for controlled response, where the ground of one’s daily life appears to give way without warning.
The dream acts to weigh the pressure of a chaos that cannot be directed or stopped. Such a dream marks a moment where the dreamer feels the threat of everything being swept away at once. Recovery from the shift is a present reality.
For its more general meaning: Dream about a landslide
Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
