Owen SterlingA renovation in a dream is the brain’s work to mend and reorganize internal structures that have become worn or disorganized. This process of mental restructuring occurs when the mind works to mend fragmented thoughts or to reintegrate aspects of the self that have fallen into disrepair.
The dreaming process prepares for the return of balance to the dreamer’s life and body. While this movement toward repair can involve the difficult labor of dismantling what is no longer functional, the underlying mechanism is one of stabilization. The dreamer possesses the means to begin this rebuilding now.
Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
