Owen SterlingAlmost missing the bus is a dream about the narrow gap between staying with a group and falling out of step with it. The brain uses this image to process the tension between individual readiness and the pace of a group or a social movement.
This dream points to a narrow window where the dreamer is still in contact with the path of others. The feeling of a near miss suggests that while there is a risk of failing to keep up with the current flow of life, the connection remains intact. There is a capacity to stay synchronized with the movements of the world.
A missing bus or being left behind by a bus changes the verdict by removing the possibility of synchronization. When the vehicle is gone, the dream moves from a test of timing to a realization of a gap that has already formed between the individual and the group.
Being late for a bus reveals a struggle with the timing of a particular opening. This anxiety shows that the dreamer is acutely aware of the fleeting nature of certain opportunities.
In a dream where the dreamer is being left by a bus, the departure of the others leaves the individual feeling exposed. This specific state describes a withdrawal of presence, where the sense of being abandoned by the collective movement of others leaves the individual feeling exposed and suddenly alone.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
