Owen SterlingBeing lost in a train station is a dream of the mind attempting to map out a significant shift in the course of a life. This imagery appears when the brain is processing a period where the usual paths and familiar rhythms no longer apply to the direction of current affairs. The station is a site of movement between what was and what is to come, and the lack of direction shows that the dreamer is currently standing between two different ways of living.
The confusion in this dream comes from a lack of knowing which way to turn while life is shifting. This state of confusion can feel unsettling as the old ways of moving through the world are being replaced by new, unmapped possibilities. However, the presence of the station confirms that the dreamer is already in the midst of the transition. The uncertainty is a natural part of the process of finding a new way forward.
Being stuck in a train station turns the disorientation of the dream into a sudden halt in progress. The dreamer is no longer just searching for a direction but finds that the movement required for change has been blocked.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
