Owen SterlingBeing lost in the desert in a dream shows the mind sorting through a time of exhaustion or the experience of moving through a difficult stretch of life. This imagery serves to consolidate the experience of moving through an environment where the usual resources for emotional or mental sustenance are absent.
The dream maps the feeling of having no clear path forward when the surroundings offer no way to find a way. It is a rehearsal for the disorientation that occurs when old ways of finding direction no longer apply to a current hardship. The dreamer experiences the weight of a journey that feels both taxing and barren. There is a certain clarity in acknowledging this state of emptiness.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
