Owen SterlingBuying high heel shoes is a process of the mind preparing to present a specific image to the world. This dream rehearses how a person intends to stand before others, testing the tools used to command attention and alter their posture. The brain uses this act of selection to examine the tension between an internal sense of self and the persona being constructed for others to witness.
The desire to obtain these items suggests an active movement toward gaining a certain kind of social standing or dignity. This process of gathering signifies that the dreamer is currently navigating the ways in which they project their value in public spaces. There is a risk that this focus on the exterior can lead to a disconnect from more stable, grounded aspects of the self. The dream offers a way to observe these ambitions without being consumed by them.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
