Owen SterlingCatching kittens in a dream is the mind grasping at fleeting impulses or small, emerging interests that lack a stable form. This pursuit helps identify the various curiosities surfacing in the waking life, sorting passing whims from those that warrant attention.
The act of trying to secure these small, active figures shows the brain testing how much energy should be spent on minor distractions. While the effort to hold onto these impulses can lead to being preoccupied by trivialities, the dream reveals a capacity for engaging with the lighter, more playful aspects of the self.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
