Owen SterlingCollecting rocks in a dream shows the brain sorting through the various weights and troubles that have gathered in a person’s recent life. This mental activity serves to identify the specific elements that require attention, turning a vague sense of pressure into a series of distinct, manageable items.
The act of gathering these objects is a way for the mind to measure the load of current responsibilities. While this process reveals the presence of significant difficulties, it also provides a way to see clearly what must be dealt with. There is a way to find order by naming these individual parts.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
