Owen SterlingCollecting wood in a dream is the brain pulling together the various parts needed to maintain order or utility. This process of accumulation serves to consolidate the various tools, ideas, or emotional reserves that the dreamer has acquired, preparing them for a period where they will be actively applied to sustain a life or a project.
The consolidation of these resources is a way for the sleeping mind to organize what is currently available for use. While this gathering can sometimes mask a lack of sincerity, it primarily shows the gathering of what is necessary. The dreamer finds that the materials for upcoming needs are already being cataloged.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
