Owen SterlingCrawling through a tunnel is a dream of moving through a narrow and difficult path. The brain uses this imagery to process the sensation of being confined to a singular, difficult path where the margins for error are slim. This dream often appears when the dreamer is working through a phase of life that requires intense, focused endurance to reach a necessary conclusion.
The effort of moving through such a narrow space suggests that the current direction of affairs is being handled with a high degree of manual, step-by-step persistence. This process can feel taxing because the path offers no room for diversion or lateral movement. Such a dream identifies a time of transition that demands a slow and deliberate pace. The dreamer is caught in a struggle that demands a push through existing pressures. The dreamer finds that progress is possible through this sustained application of will.
A vehicle in the dream changes the focus to the way the dreamer directs their own affairs. Driving through a tunnel means the dreamer manages the course of their life with control, keeping the path straight despite the confinement.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
