Owen SterlingFinding a conch shell in a dream suggests the brain is processing information that arrives from a distance or an external source. The mind prepares for communication that originates outside of the immediate, known environment. The dream organizes the expectation of news that has traveled from a place or a state of being that is currently out of reach.
The arrival of this symbol indicates that the dreamer is making room for perspectives or messages that have not yet been fully integrated into daily life. This process of sorting can feel as though something is approaching from the periphery of awareness. The dream offers a way to stabilize the reception of what is coming. The dreamer finds a way to listen to the incoming signal.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
