Owen SterlingFinding a tortoise in a dream shows the mind is working through the necessity of a long and constant effort. This image serves to anchor the value of staying the course, moving attention away from the pressure of speed and toward the power of a constant, rhythmic movement.
A slow movement allows for the passing of difficulties that might break a faster momentum. While this pace demands the setting aside of urgency, it builds a base of permanence that sudden action cannot reach. This understanding brings a calm assurance in the ability to last.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
