Owen SterlingFinding a watch in a dream occurs when the sleeping brain attempts to orient itself toward an upcoming necessity or a specific period of responsibility. This encounter with the measure of an hour shows how the mind tracks the distribution of hours and the weight of the day.
The dream points to a confrontation with the rhythm of life and the ways in which a person tracks their obligations. A failure to match these requirements creates the impression that one is not prepared for what follows. This awareness allows for a more deliberate approach to the passage of hours.
The dreamer finds that the pressure to remain punctual or organized applies to multiple areas of life simultaneously, as if the demand for order has expanded across every part of the day.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
