Owen SterlingFinding scissors in a dream indicates a mental process of separation and the need to distinguish one thing from another. The brain uses this image to work through tangled associations, marking the exact points where a division is required.
The act of locating this object suggests a movement toward clarity through division. A mind that is attempting to resolve a knot or an entanglement uses this symbol to prepare for the necessary parting of elements that no longer belong together. This division can result in the severance of a bond.
The discovery of these tools suggests a capacity to manage these transitions. This dream offers the possibility of making clean breaks that allow for new structures to form.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
