Owen SterlingFinding water in a dream is the brain locating the essential elements that support a person’s daily existence. This process of locating a source of sustenance shows the brain consolidating the means to keep a current way of living intact.
The dream points toward an internal movement to stabilize one’s foundation. When the mind focuses on the discovery of such a fundamental element, it is often working through the practical requirements of existence to ensure that nothing vital is overlooked. This movement provides a way to stay rooted in the present reality.
Searching for water in a dream shifts the focus from the arrival of a resource to the active effort of seeking it. The mind is working through the labor of finding what is needed to keep a life or a project moving forward.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
