Owen SterlingHumpback whales appear in a dream as the mind processes the presence of a massive, unavoidable weight. This image serves to consolidate the scale of a current or incoming undertaking that requires significant mental or emotional capacity.
The brain uses such a symbol to prepare for the sheer magnitude of a task that cannot be ignored or easily managed. This sorting can leave the dreamer feeling the pressure of a burden that is too large to move. Understanding the size of the task provides a grounded way to begin.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
