Owen SterlingKilling a cougar is a dream that involves the active neutralization of a sudden threat or a fierce rival. The brain uses this process of confrontation to rehearse the management of an external pressure that feels predatory or aggressive. By engaging with the source of conflict, the mind attempts to settle a tension that has become too acute to ignore.
The dream indicates a period where a forceful opposition or a sudden blow from an opponent is being processed. Ending the assault reduces the strain of a fight that has become heavy. The dreamer finds the means to act where there was once only vulnerability.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
