Owen SterlingPeeing in the shower occurs when the mind uses the imagery of washing to process the release of internal tension. The brain uses this image to practice letting go of the pressures that have built up during the day.
The act of cleansing provides a setting where the brain can rehearse the process of unburdening. By combining the removal of waste with the ritual of washing, the dream signals a movement toward emotional lightness. This process offers a way to wash away the residue of recent stresses.
Pooping in a shower shifts the focus toward the disposal of more substantial, long-standing matters that no longer serve a purpose. This specific movement suggests the mind is clearing away old, heavy material to make room for a clean state.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
