Owen SterlingPooping worms in a dream indicates the brain is processing the expulsion of things that have been eating away at the dreamer from the inside. This internal sorting works to identify and remove dependencies or influences that have become parasitic to the psyche.
The dream shows the mind working to clear out hidden rot or parts that have been draining strength. This process often occurs when a person is becoming aware of how much energy is being drained by something hidden. Exhaustion is a feature of this dream. The expulsion of these elements offers a way to reclaim what was being lost.
White worms in the dream suggest that the decay is particularly subtle or has been masked by a deceptive appearance of purity. This clarity of color makes the process of removal more urgent as the drain on the dreamer is more easily identified.
Passing worms makes the act of release feel tangible, showing that the removal is currently in motion.

I dreamt about very big worms as big as a snake and I was pooping them out but I had to pull them out with hands.
