Owen SterlingReceiving coins in a dream involves the mind processing the movement of small, practical resources or the exchange of minor information. This process of sorting through the currency of daily life allows the brain to rehearse how it handles the small arrivals and departures of social or material value.
The dream shows a time when the mind is working through the small, constant arrivals of daily life. Although these exchanges can sometimes bring up old arguments or minor troubles, they mostly show how the brain handles the frequent, tiny shifts in how people or things are exchanged. This movement provides a way to stabilize one’s footing amidst the trivialities of the day.
The presence of silver in a dream of being given silver coins adds a quality of clarity to the arrival of these small gains. Because the metal is bright, the dreamer finds that the support or information being received is transparent and easily understood.
The act of getting or being given coins in a dream signifies the brain’s way of preparing for the reception of modest assistance or the hearing of brief, everyday words. Such a dream allows the dreamer to practice accepting the small, practical help that life offers.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
