Owen SterlingRiding a swing in a dream involves the brain processing the rhythmic movement of shifting circumstances. The mind uses this repetitive motion to rehearse the experience of being pulled between different states of being.
The dream shows that the direction of events is currently in flux. Such a movement describes a time when the feeling of being grounded is lost to the rising and falling of events. This instability can feel unsettling when the momentum feels out of control. However, the rhythmic nature of the dream suggests that these shifts are part of a regular, manageable cycle.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
