Owen SterlingRunning bath water signals a period where the mind is preparing to wash away old patterns to achieve a clearer sense of self. When a night of sleep presents this movement, the mind is often working through the necessity of shedding old burdens to make space for a fresh perspective. This process of rinsing away the accumulated residue of recent experiences allows for a psychic reorganization.
The dream shows that the mind is currently rinsing away what is no longer needed. This movement toward renewal provides a foundation for stability as the dreamer moves past previous complications. Lightness follows this internal clearing.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
