Owen SterlingStepping on blood in a dream occurs when the mind works through the vital currents or the deep ties that bind a person to their life. This image serves to bring attention to the connections that define a life, as the mind sorts through the essential forces that bind a person to their origins or their current vitality.
The dream can also signal a sudden awareness of the costs associated with maintaining these life forces. When the act of stepping occurs, it suggests an unconscious movement into a space where the very essence of a person is being navigated or disturbed. This contact with the source of life often brings a realization of how much is required to remain whole.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
