Taking care of a horse in a dream is the mind working to organize the strength and self-respect needed for what lies ahead. This activity builds the endurance for holding onto one’s dignity and staying on a chosen path.
The dream points toward how much vitality is being invested into the structures that support a person’s life. Neglect in this area suggests a depletion of the very qualities that provide stability and self-respect. There is a capacity for steadying these internal forces through consistent attention.

Feeding a horse or feeding horses in a dream indicates an active effort to nourish the drive and strength that fuel a person’s goals. This action suggests that the dreamer is finding ways to provide the necessary sustenance for their own continued advancement.
Saving a horse or helping a horse in a dream indicates a restorative process, where a person intervenes to protect their own capacity for sustained effort from being lost or diminished.
Forgetting to feed a horse in a dream shows how a lapse in attention can drain the self-respect that a person works to maintain.
Petting horses in a dream suggests that a person is successfully making peace with the great forces that drive them.
For its more general meaning: Dream about a horse
I dreamed that there was a horse that was closed in a white horse fence. The colour of this horse was black with red-orange patches on his back, belly and face. There was a storm coming up and the horse started to get unsettled. The people were afraid to take out the horse and put it in a safe place like a barn to shelter it from the storm. This unsettled me, i felt compassion for the horse and wanted to free it, but i was also afraid like the other people around. Finally the horse broke free and came running to me. It seem to be agressive and i got scared. I ran to my home and closed the door. The horse followed me and kicked on the door three times. After the third time I opened the door to the horse and it entered the door of my home. It suddenly became very calm and it allowed me to pet it. I felt sad for the horse as i felt that everyone had abused it and not tended to the horse’s emotional needs to just feel safe.

Still feels unsettling and uncertain at the same time. Are things going to end badly for me or is there a little bit of a saety net i can depend on, but regardless thank you for giving me a guidline to work with. Maybe i will see how it works out for me
