Owen SterlingVomiting water in a dream is the sudden and involuntary expulsion of the very things that support a life. This process occurs when the mind attempts to purge something that has become too much to hold, treating the very substance of livelihood as a foreign or overwhelming presence.
The movement of the dream suggests a period where the ability to maintain or contain one’s stability is being tested by an internal necessity to expel. This purging is a way to clear out what has become too heavy to carry. The dreamer finds themselves in a state where the old ways of holding onto life are no longer sustainable.
Depletion follows the dream because the act of emptying leaves the body feeling hollow. However, this emptiness is the necessary precursor to a new equilibrium.
Pooping in water or pooping water shifts the focus from a mere release to a total contamination of the source of life, suggesting that the dreamer perceives their fundamental sustenance as being tainted by waste.
Throwing up water in a dream intensifies the sense of a forced evacuation, indicating that the rejection of current circumstances is happening with a physical urgency that cannot be delayed.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
