Owen SterlingA fish tank is the mind’s way of mapping out the limits of a livelihood. This dream works to review the structures that provide for a person while keeping them within a set perimeter.
The dream shows how a person manages the limits of their own security. When these boundaries are intact, the dream points to a period where the means of survival are being held in a stable, if restricted, order. Loss and instability follow if the container fails. The dreamer finds that the capacity to sustain a life depends on the integrity of these mental or situational enclosures.
The act of buying a fish tank suggests the dreamer is in a phase of actively establishing new ways to secure their existence. This movement indicates a conscious effort to construct the containers that will hold their future stability.
The presence of a dirty fish tank means that small, everyday worries are making the dreamer’s sense of stability feel clouded and unclear.
A broken fish tank signals a sudden disruption in the systems that maintain a person’s livelihood. This event indicates that the containment of one’s resources has failed, leaving the dreamer to face the consequences of an unprotected state.

Owen SterlingInterpreter interprets your dreams
Many people believe a frightening dream announces something, when more often the brain was simply sorting the days just before it. During the night the mind files what was carried over from recent hours, and what gets filed loudest is what was felt most. A rough night leaves a residue by morning that fades with daylight. Nothing was sent. The sleeper was working, and the work is done.
