I had Arabic writing on my hand and I couldn’t figure out what it said it was in blue pen

I was reading a book in Arabic. Except I couldn’t read any of it and knew it was Arabic. I came to a phrase “To Know”. It appeared to me in Arabic initially and quickly faded into English so that I could see it and popped off the page or zoomed in so that it was larger. After it fades back to Arabic I look at the page once more to note the details of the writing.
