I had a dream just now. Its 3am I just woke up shaking. I felt and tasted it. I pulled long tubes of cartilage out of my nose and someone wanted to cut it off but I wouldnt let them out of fear it would hurt. So I ended up swallowing it and had to painfully rip it apart while some of it went down my throat. I could taste it and feel it! Then my ex ( he was not my ex physically, chased me and was trying to kill me. I called him my ex, he felt like my ex, but he was not him and I was not me)
