A two headed dog was chasing me through a gang rittled neighborhood that was also trying to catch me

There were two, two-headed dogs initially chasing me. The front head was similar to a Rottweiler and the rear was a large Chinese Dragon/dog. But although they were initially viscous I distracted them with a ball which then lead to the focus being on a single Rottweiler chasing the ball as I hid.

A cute daschhound looking dog with two heads, one head was where the tail was supposed to be.
